Return, Cancellation & Refund

Suspect Damage

At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. FunBlast doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Get in touch with our customer care at (+91 8595494570).

Defective Product

In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will replace it. Just file your complaint with our customer care within 24 hrs. Please pursue the following process for returning an item purchased from FunBlast

  • Call us at +918595494570 and provide your Order details with your Order-ID number.
  • Our customer care executive will confirm about your return request ASAP.
  • The customer care executive will inform you about the product returning process
  • For complaints on defective products, an email from the customer has to be sent to the respective brand authorities notifying them of the defect in the product with images and videos to validate the claim. This first email should be sent to hello@funblast.in. Our sales representative with share the brand email address at which the request needs to be raised. Without this step, a claim for a defective product will not be accepted by FunBlast.

Incorrect Product

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, FunBlast shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise

Discounted Product

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer


Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
